Participants: Min 6; Max 10 - SEND Inspire event (A targeted offer aimed at the least active or engaged SEND pupils. Strong emphasis on participation and trying new activities/skills or low-level competition).
Event Details
Circuit style multi-sport festival for SEND pupils involving several different activities based around continuing the legacy of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
Please note – events are planned to take place in the sports hall within the college with timed rotations between the activities (judo, tennis, sitting volleyball).
Important:
Please arrive no earlier than 12.30pm and no later than 12.50pm. The event will begin at 1pm sharp and will be completed by 2.30pm at the latest. ​
Please make sure that all participating children have adequate footwear for an indoor surface. We recommend astro-turf trainers or any trainers with good grip. We would also recommend that schools bring water for use throughout the competition.
All adults accompanying the primary schools must sign-in at reception upon arrival. All adults will receive a visitors pass which must be worn and be clearly visible throughout the visit. It is absolutely essential that all schools have a minimum of 2 staff for the duration of the visit (including a first-aider).
