GSSP Y3/4/5/6 Cricket Experience (Inspire)

Time:  10am – 2pm (9.30am arrival)
Venue:  Avery Hill Park, Bexley Road, Eltham, SE9

Participants: Min: 10, Max 30 children from Year 3 / 4 / 5 / 6   *Please email if you would like to enquire about bringing more than one class / more than 30 to this experience (we may be able to accommodate for classes slightly higher than 30).
Tier:  INSPIRE - A targeted offer aimed at the least active or engaged young people. Strong emphasis on participation and trying new activities/skills or low-level competition.
Equipment:  Children to bring own water and appropriate outdoor clothing / footwear.
School Staff:  Minimum of 2 staff (1 first-aider - schools are responsible for their own first-aid).
Info:  A fun circuit of cricket skills / drills which will include some friendly matches.  Activities will enable children who are less confident in PE / school sport to have a positive activity experience, helping to boost their physical and social skills. 

Please make sure that all participating children have adequate footwear for the experience which will take place on grass.  We recommend astro-turf trainers or trainers with a good grip.  We would also recommend that schools bring water for use throughout the festival.
