- Find the Entry Submission Forms on the LYG Website
- There will be two options for entries:
- Student Submission – Individuals can enter their own score
- Teacher Submission – Teachers can enter scores on behalf of their students. You will need to fill in the Entry Spreadsheet collating your students participation and submit this on the form
